The 2026 TCS New York City Marathon Events — Zambezi Elephant Fund will be held on 1st November 2026.

Zambezi Elephant Fund is proud to be supported by an extraordinary community of people who care deeply about Africa’s wild places and the future of elephants.

Our 2026 TCS New York City Marathon team is made up of 11 passionate runners and conservation advocates who are taking on this iconic race for something far bigger than themselves. Every mile they run will help raise awareness and support for the protection of elephants, their landscapes, and the communities that live alongside them.

By supporting Team ZEF in the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, you become part of a collective effort to protect one of Africa’s most important elephant landscapes and help ensure these wild places endure for generations to come.

MEANINGFUL EVENTS IN 2025

ZEF is fortunate to be supported in our efforts by an incredible group of volunteers and organisations, only with elephants and their protection in mind. These events are designed to raise vital funding for ZEF’s impact partner projects in anti-poaching, ranger support, landscape protection, tree planting, conservation education, research and aerial surveillance and monitoring.

TCS New York City Marathon

Zambezi Elephant Fund is thrilled to once again be part of the TCS New York City Marathon Official Charity Partner Program. 

This year, 5 runners, including 2 Zimbabweans, will be taking on the 26.2 mile route through the streets of New York City for ZEF and the key projects we support.
